This bathroom uplift package is for use in the main bathroom only. This bathroom uplift package only substitutes existing bathroom hardware, existing bathroom floor tiles and existing bathroom wall tiles in their existing location and area covered. This bathroom uplift package remains at a starting price of $12,000.00 regardless if all the bathroom uplift package inclusions are not utilised. This bathroom uplift package is exclusive of GST, government approvals, doors, door painting, ceiling painting, wall painting, moving/adjusting and/or adding plumbing points and moving/adjusting and/or adding electrical points. When there is a toilet within the main bathroom this bathroom uplift package can include a Ricardo toilet and toilet paper holder 8916 from Ostar Bathroom Ware at an additional cost of $1,000.00 Excluding GST and excluding moving/adjusting and/or adding points of plumbing. Rojas range wall and floor tiles are determined by Rojas Constructions as tiles from Volare Tiles + Flooring with a retail price of $35 per square meter or less and sized at 300mm x 600mm. Any bathroom hardware (excluding the Ricardo toilet and toilet paper holder 8916 from Ostar Bathroom Ware) and/or bathroom floor tiles and/or bathroom wall tiles chosen outside of our bathroom uplift package inclusion list will nullify the bathroom uplift package and will be converted into a custom bathroom package with costs determined on a quote-by-quote basis. Any government approvals, doors, door painting, ceiling painting, wall painting, moving/adjusting and/or adding plumbing points and moving/adjusting and/or adding electrical points will be quoted separately and it will not nullify the bathroom uplift package.
